01Admissions & January 2027 Intake
Which classes are open for the January 2027 intake?
We are enrolling across all six categories: Baby Class, Nursery (KG1 & KG2), NECTA Grades 1–3, NECTA Grades 4–6, Cambridge Years 1–3, and Cambridge Years 4–6.
Is there a registration fee?
Submitting an enquiry, touring the campus, and sitting the placement observation are free. Once your child is offered a place, a one-time registration fee of TZS 100,000 is payable by all new students on admission.
My child is transferring from another school. Can they join?
Yes, subject to space in the appropriate grade or year. Bring their latest school reports and birth certificate; we can usually complete placement within five working days.
What is the difference between the NECTA Wing and the Cambridge Wing?
Our NECTA Wing follows the Tanzanian national primary curriculum (Grades 1–6) taught in English, while our Cambridge Wing follows the Cambridge Assessment International Education Primary programme (Years 1–6). Both share our Kisakasaka campus, facilities, meals, and Madrasa programme.
Which language does teaching start in?
English is the medium of instruction from Baby Class upwards, paired with strong daily Kiswahili literacy and Arabic in Madrasa. Children who arrive with limited English receive extra small-group language support.
02Fees, Meals & Teaching
How does the 12-month fee instalment plan work?
Annual fees are set in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and may be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly instalments — from TZS 266,667/month for Baby Class up to TZS 585,000/month for Cambridge Years 4–6.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Your monthly instalment is all-inclusive of Tuition, Stationery, Caution Fee, daily Breakfast & Lunch (TZS 80,000/month component), and daily Madrasa (TZS 20,000/month component). School uniform and optional club fees are communicated separately.
How big are classes?
Primary classes are capped at 24 learners so every child is known by name, and Baby Class & Nursery rooms have a maximum of 18 children with two adults.
How much homework is there?
No formal written homework in Baby Class and Nursery apart from picture-book reading. Grades 1–3 / Years 1–3 have 20–30 minutes of reading and practice; Grades 4–6 / Years 4–6 have 40–45 minutes four evenings a week.
What happens if my child falls behind?
The class teacher writes a short support plan with clear targets, places your child in our guided after-school reading or numeracy clinic, and calls you early in the term.
03Daily Campus Life
Are breakfast and lunch provided at school?
Yes! Both morning breakfast and a fresh, hot lunch from the school kitchen are included in the monthly fee schedule for every student.
Can parents visit the campus?
Yes, every Saturday morning at 10:00 for Open Day tours, or any weekday by appointment. Visitors sign in at the Kisakasaka main gate and receive a visitor badge.
Are phones or personal tablets allowed?
Personal phones and tablets stay at home. When lessons require computers, pupils use our supervised 34-workstation ICT lab. All parent calls during the day go through the school office.
How does school bus transport work?
We operate monitored bus routes across Kisakasaka, Kombeni, and Wilaya Magharibi 'B' / Urban West with a female attendant on every vehicle.
What is the sick and first-aid procedure?
A first-aid trained officer is on site all day. For anything beyond minor first aid, we contact parents immediately and arrange clinical care.
Not answered here?
Write to the office or come to an Open Day — most questions are about placement, fees and the daily routine, and all three are answered in person in about fifteen minutes.
